Soup is my favorite dish… I have all kinds of vegetable, first fine cut, than max 15 minutes in boiling water, don’t add anything (like salt, spices) The whole contains in the mixer (after it’s not hot, better for the mixer), have some small pieces of meat (boneless) by choice, your spices, salt etc by choice, put the contains in the pan with water, let it be on small fire, (with something on top of the pan) taste sometimes, and find it’s ready or not. – The soup is ready, pour it in soup blows in the middle (one drupe) of ghee, or butter, on top of that one piece coriander… enjoy.
Tonight, I made butternut squash soup. For myself. Maybe my mom will eat some. It’s Lent and I needed to make something for lunch that I could take to work tomorrow. Everyone should try butternut squash soup. It really makes me feel good inside, all warm and comfy especially on a cold winter day.
